Refund policy

We want want you to love your SONHOUSE goods as much as we do. With that, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 7 days of delivery, for store credit. All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.  

Due to limited stock and items selling quickly, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different color or size -- please place a new order for the item at your earliest convenience and we will send it to you.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at hello@sonhouselife.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will email you a return number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return number to be eligible for credit. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. SONHOUSE is not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping. 

Items indicated as Final Sale at time of purchase are NOT eligible for return.
